I know how to display incoming and outgoing emails, but is there a way to display only all unread emails?

In the message folder hit Menu>Search>Show = UNOPENED ONLY

For example, to display incoming messages you hit "alt I," outgoing is "alt O," etc.

I don't think there is a built-in shortcut, but you can create one yourself. In the messages window do a search and select "Unopened Only" in the "Show" field. Then save the search and assign it to a key.

On my 8320 I can just type the letter 'u' and it will display unread messages only. Is the 8310 different?

'U' will jump to the next unread message, but it won't change the list display to show only unread messages. I'm pretty sure the latter is what the OP is looking for.

An excellent shortcut, though; I use it all the time.
