How can I delete all the entires in my address book? I want to start over with the sync from Outlook.

I don't think there's an easy way to do it from within the Blackberry itself. However, if you connect to your Desktop Manager software, you can go into Backup/Restore, select "Advanced" and then highlight the "Addresses" database from the panel on the right and select "Clear"

You can also back it up first in this same screen if you so desire (press click the left-arrow button after selecting "Addresses" from the right).
