I have blackberry thru T mobile and I am looking for the V3.6 software hotfix number 2. I can't find it anywhere. Maybe I am overlooking something but I don't see them on the blackberry site or the T Mobile site. I am having problems syncing with our new exchange server and this hotfix should fix it but can't seem to find the hotfix.

It sounds like you are looking for the Desktop Manager software (in any event, I would recommend upgrading to DM 4.0). Desktop Manager is found on the RIM SUpport web site at http://www.blackberry.com and look in the Support downloads section. 3.6 is there, along with the more current 4.0.

There are instructions on what they are for but I don't see the .exe files they talk about anywhere. I will try the upgrade but I am still curious on these hotfixes.
