Default BB not receiving emails

Please Login to Remove!

I have tried everythin.

Our server is 2007 and no emails are being received by my BB, I can send but not receive.

ive sent service books, registered ive even called the helpdesk and they can work it out?!

then i get the following message
"This email account is no longer accessible by your blackberry device. this issue is likely caused by a recent change to the password used to access this account"

the problem is that i havent changed my password!

any help would be much apreciated
