Default qwest acct not forwarding to bb

Please Login to Remove!

just reverted from a global bb back to my older 8703e with Verizon and my qwest.net acct will not forward to my phone. I use Internet Explorer/Netscape but have a DSL MSN account and think it may be related to my MSN. What do I do to get my BB to work and receive my email??

Juanita, welcome to the BBForums.

At your VZW BIS website, where you origianlly created the email setup to your old BB, you need to go there and click on "change device" where you will enter the new PIN of the new BB, to direct that account to feed the mail to the new BB.
