I'm new to the forums, just got my BB Curve 8330.

I understand that I should have searched; however, I couldn't easily find a thread that explicitly, objectively stated the answer to my question. Are MMS messages included in my unlimited data plan? I know that my SMS texts are not, and wanted further clarification. If not, are my MMS texts counted the same way as my SMS texts?

No, MMS is not included in your data plan. Not sure if they're in your sms plan but I'm guessing not.

That depends on which unlimited plan you're referring to.

Verizon now has a number of "Unlimited" plans. I happen to be on the $149/mo. Unlimited Voice and Data plan that also includes unlimited SMS and MMS, in or out of network. For me it's a great deal, especially with the 8330. Makes sending pictures a bargain.

Ah, just noticed that you said that your SMS messages aren't included in your plan. That guarantees that MMS isn't either.

yes you need to make sure you get an all inclusive plan for MMS actually MMs is more expensive than SMS
