1) Do i ned to get one?

next what is this phone capable of doing? ( what programs are themes are available and how do i get them )

Do you often buy expensive gadgets BEFORE you know what they can do for you? Wanna buy a state of the art scanner that takes crystals?

Did you get this Blackberry from a verified retailer?
If you don't have the disk, I'm guessing you just bought the device off someone, which would lead me to believe that you do not have a data plan.

I seem to recall that the Blackberry web site has some information on what the Pearl's capabilities are. Cmon already.

Damn I hate it when people post questions like this, expecting others to take their time to answer instead of just doing the research on their own.
