Just ( 2 Days Ago ) switched from a Treo (6 years ) to an 8830 from Sprint. Love the device, everything I expected, no need to sell me on it. My BIG problem is: on the treo, I could save emails is folders or files that I could edit ie: work, kids sports, personal etc etc. I cant seem to figure it out and tech support at Sprint (I know, Oxymoron) cant help. It seems to be inbox or saved. Keep me from returning it and going back to the treo....

You know your options--none other, unless subscribe to a BES service. Certainly not a deal killer, considering the option is a Treo!
