Is it possible to uninstall the native spell check application? I use Lexspell which IMHO seems to be more effective, but I definately don't need them both!
Thanks in advance!

You can disable it in Options >Spell Check >Uncheck Spell Check Email Before Sending. I've not tried uninstalling the native spell check application but I'm sure you could give it a try.
