Blackberry not connecting to internet

Default Blackberry not connecting to internet

I got a unlocked BB 8800. I checked with my carrier and they told me that they will not be able to fix the gprs connection on my BB. I dont believe them. Maybe they told that out of their ignorance. I got the values for APN, IP, Port etc. from them. Even then i am not able to connect. Can someone give me a step by step instruction on how to connect my BB to internet. It will be a great help. I have tried everything from Host Routing Table, TCP, Bowser etc. in the advanced options but nothing works. Please help.

You can access internet without data plan. But You need edit service book because these service books only for carrier in Viet nam.
