Hi all. Are you aware, if the keypad of the device is locked, the Voice-Activated Dialing is working?

My understanding is that you can allow for outgoing calls but not use the VAD app. Try it.

If you're using a bluetooth headset, yes, you can voice dial with the keypad locked, at least on the 8330. Works fine with my Jawbone.
