I was wondering if there was an application out there that will automatically change my profiles depending on the time of day.

for example from like 8-11am i have it on vibrate, then from 11 on its on loud.

Yes, there is one application that will do exactly that. Check out the 3rd Party Applications forum and look for the Blackberry Profiles Scheduler.

The profiles scheduler is a great program. Nice for meetings.
