Hello,

we have recently rolled out 10 blackberry curve 8310's

all have been working very well over the last 3/4 weeks, until yesterday!
1 of them no longer sends email, it receives email, and everything else works fine. The email that is trying to be sent remains in the folder list with a red cross next to it.

I have resent the service book & refreshed the GPRS connection - does anyone else know of this issue ?

Are you on a BES.

Are you able to receive email on this BB and account.

Do you have and are you able to use the internet browser.

Also you can try, Options> Advanced Options> Host Routing Table> Menu> Register Now.
