Default BES server management

Please Login to Remove!

HI
I have 5 devices added on to my BES server, they are currently connected to my exchange. I am new to this and I was just wondering what control I have of the device from blackberry prossional software on my server. I Was wondering if someone could give me some advice on this. Also is it possible to add addtional POP3 accounts like gmail through this software, or would you have to do that through the device itself?

thanks
