Hi

I have a 7100g and use the at&t goPhone plan with it. Every time I make a call, a message box pops up showing me my account balance.

I updated the software on the blackberry to the newest version from RIM ,and now it wont stop beeping every time it sends a balance update. This is not a sms message, rather it is an alert that pops up in a box.

I have set the sound profile to 'off', and made sure everything is on mute, Yet, it will not silence it.

Can anyone help?

That is because you are a on a pay as you go plan.

You can't silence or stop it.
