Default Difference in BB email and reg.email

Please Login to Remove!
I have my AOL account on my BB now. What is the difference in using that and actually having the BB email? That one loses me.

Aol will sync every 15 min while BB address will be instant.

BB email has not spam protection and you can not view BB emails on anything but the BB...
