My company does have OWA and I cannot get it working. My URL is owa.companydomain.com and when I go there is redirects to:

https://owa.companydomain.com/Cookie...ogon?formdir=5

Is this my issue? I am entering the exaxt username/password I use in the OWA login form and my mailbox was found when hovering over the mailbox icon while logged into OWA. I did make sure it was cap-specific. What have others tried that worked? Maybe one of your quirks will work for me!

update for anyone having similar issues: Our company uses an ISA (internet security application). RIM is still looking for a workaround, but so far redirector is the only option

I am in the same boat. We have ours behind a reverse proxy server. If the URL doesn't end in "/exchange" (when you are logged into your in-box) their scripts cannot find the starting point and won't work.
