Please Login to Remove!
only on yahoo email does this not appear when a new message is received, any ideas why?

thanks, but as it works in 3 other email accounts I assume that applies to yahoo also

Have you tried deleting the account and re-adding it...With a battery pull in between...

yes, the red star appears on my messages folder, but not the yahoo folder icon.
It works fine on my gmail and ISP folders though.

Actually I have exactly the same issue - I have just setup my Yahoo account on my new 8310 and I do not get the red star on this accounbt but I do on my other 2 business acounts!!
