Default help please...sent from my verizion wireless blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I gotta figure out how to make it so "sent form my verision wireless blackberry" does not automatically appear in my e-mails after I send them. Everyone thinks I'm being a snob and bragging, insisting I must have typed it in there.
I have a 8130 pearl.

I looked around the forum a little thinking someone else must be annoyed by this thing too but I didn't really see anything. Any help would be awesome!!

Thanks

Follow the directions in the FAQ link that was provided in the post above yours and you can change it to do just that.

Wirelessly posted (my new touch button BB)

I find it amazing that people think you are being snobbish for using a communications tool that you have at your disposal.

The faq link is all ya gotta follow

I was confronted by a friend who expressed this exact sentiment, just two days ago. He cited not only the slightly pretentious Sent via Blackberry tagging, but also the Sent from my iPhone tagging. I actually agree... I went so far as to remove that tag from my signatures. I mean, there's no tag that states "Sent via outlook from my Alienware PC". Ya know?

I actual prefer it so that people will realize that my responses are intentionally short and not intended to be rude.

A good reason, though thumb typing has never caused me to shorten any posts or replies.

When you get 160+ work emails per day you tend to get a little shorter in your responses!

I remember reading about a "campaign" to shorten emails where the participants tried to keep emails (even from their PCs) to something under 5 sentances... I thought it souned good except it would probably cause me to run on worse than I already do... : )

Wirelessly posted (8330)

I like the signature (minus the carrier). Lets people know I'm not in the office.
