Have two personal emails set on my BB (gmail and cox) Have lost the connection to my cox account
"This email account is no longer accessible by your BlackBerry device. This issue is likely caused by a recent change to the password used to access this account

To resume receiving email from this address, login to your BlackBerry Internet ServiceAccount and verify the password is correct for this email account"
I've gone onto the Sprint BIS login but forgot my password (for my master account) it says to put in either my User name or PIN and my password would be sent.

I did, it says it sent the password to my BB, but I checked and do not see the email (I assume on my sprint.blackberry.net account)

How else can can I get access and change my password?

Call your carrier and if needs be they may be able to reset it or send the password to a working email address.

Wingz, those passwords are sent via SMS, not email. Sometimes it is not instant.

Check your SMS mailbox if it is different than you messages folder.
