BES + Exchange Contacts Not Syncing

Question BES + Exchange Contacts Not Syncing

We have 8 or so BlackBerry users. Our BES is connected Exchange 2003. 2 of our users are experiencing issues with the contacts not syncing from their Outlook contacts to the BlackBerry phones. The other users have not experienced this problem.

I have resent the Service Books for these 2 users which didn't have any impact on fixing the contacts not syncing. They both have 8703e phones.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default Address Book -> Options - > Wireless Synchronization
Are you talking about Wireless Synchronization? If so, when we upgraded our BES, only 2 of the 24 Blackberry's came over with that option turned on. They had to manually turn it on in their Options.

Address Book -> Options - > Wireless Synchronization -> "Yes"

Yes Wireless Synchronization. Where is the Address Book -> Options -> Wireless Synchronization setting stored? Is it in BES or the desktop management software?

Checked this setting and Wireless Synchronization for the Address Book is already set to ON or YES.

Any other suggestions?
