Ok here's my question. After doing several searches I decided to post a new question. I have the Blackberry 7250 and am on the BES through the University I work for. I have set up all of the folders and e-mails in my outlook exchange server to sync with my blackberry. My question is when I save an e-mail to a folder, and then delete it in the inbox it also deletes it in the folder. I want to save some e-mails to certain folders, but I want to keep my inbox cleaned out. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

On the BlackBerry, select Messages > Options > General Options. Change the 'Hide Filed Messages' option to 'Yes.' This will remove the filed messages from the inbox view while keeping them organized within the folders.
