Please Login to Remove!

Tried their service, didnt like it, anyone know how to remove the exchange account and activation so I can go back to normal? Called their tech support, and they have no idea

- bad service IMO

Wiping the device completely would solve the problem, of course, but if you don't want to do that, you can simply go into Options->Service Books, and simply select and delete all service books labelled "Desktop"

You'll also want to make sure that the folks over at link2exchange have actually deactivated your account, or they will still try to send mail and service book updates to your device, in which case the service books may come back at some point.
