i just tried upgrading my OS for the 2nd time this year and now my phone doesn't turn on.

tried a wipe with jl cmder and it would always send me back to the main menu after typing blackberry.. at most say connect for 5 seconds and kick me back to main menu. why? the phone keeps connecting and disconnecting automatically from the, now, 2 computers i have tried. the beep you here when you plug it in and out keeps hapopening every 30 seconds.

the screen wont turn on. at most, the red led will turn on for 3 seconds and then power down. i have taken a few pictures during the little glimpses of a connection i run across and it's good ol' error 507. funny thing is is the update was successfully completed at least 4 times now. i get no hourglass.. nothing. only when i maintain a connection (it isn't on a USB hub) can i pull a screen shot of the 507 code.

can anyone show me some screens of how a full wipe should look like? i have a feeling my wipe didn't work since it keeps losing connection. i have reinstalled desktopmanager 4.3 4 times already to no avail. can i have the BB Device Manager running when im doing the wipe?

A full wipe with JL cmder will give you a 507 screen. It should stay there contantly. If the device keeps rebooting then you need to try this:

i have gotten it to work a few times, getting the your BB has been upgraded message... but nothing has changed. still the 507 error via jl screen grabber and a dead screen. is there anyway to know if jl was doing the wipe after it says CONNECTED? does it run through a progress? is there any reason to do a wipe again if i keep getting the 507 error?

If you have a 507 then you've already wiped. You just need to reload the OS to the device now.
