I read somehwere that said Blackberry stated the latest verison 4.1.5 would resolve this, does anyone know if this is the case or if not how to get this feature to work? In the voicemail system programming it asks if you want to forward the voicemail as a ".wav PCM" or a "VBK" file which I beleive is Nortel proprietary version.
What's version of CallPilot do you have? My CallPilot is v.5.0 (just upgraded it on June 20), BES 4.2 and Exchange 2003 are working well except one thing I haven't figured out yet -- the notification of new mail and the .wav voice mail is quick and efficient to user's Outlook Inbox. The notification is also instantaneous alerting my Blackberry users that there's a new voicemail message from postmaster.xxxxcallpilot.com. The PROBLEM is, the delivery of the actual .wav voice mail to Blackberry devices and to the Windows Mobile PDA devices is very slow. We have not yet figured out where the bottleneck is. Would anyone know where to tweak this? I'm a TSupport user of Blackberry, the MAPI32.dll, the distiller .wav in BES Service Attachment is also there, no additional suggestions from them either, unfortunately.
