Default Alerts for BB Messenger

Please Login to Remove!
What alert do I need to modify for the BB Messenger app? I tried modifying the Level 1 Messages, Messenger - Alert and Messenger - New Message alerts, however, I still get no alert (just the home screen icon) when I get a new message. Thanks

They are the ones, alert and new message, make sure it's not on mute.

Nope, they're not. They're set for:

Out of holder: Tone
Volume: Medium
Number of beeps: 1
Repeat: LED Flashing

In holster is pretty much the same thing.

Yeah. That's what they're set for for the Normal profile and thats what I have active right now

I'm saying they are the ones you want to check. Try a battery pull with the BB powered on... Leave the battery off for a few seconds...
