Although I don't have an iPhone, I do have an iTouch and my typing on the Curve is by far superior to hacking out emails on the iTouch . . .

Well I have also seen someone type pretty quickly on an iphone by putting it down on a table or something and just typing using 2 hands. I dont know if they are any faster or slower but I know its more inconvenient then being able to hold my curve in my hands and type out an email.

I cannot stand the typing on the iPhone. However, most iPhone users seem to always say, "Give it time to learn you" and it will be an easy switch. I have texted and email on an iPhone for a few days before Craigslisting the iPhone and getting my 8320. I should have learned the first time that BB's have always been the Achilles heal.

I have an iPhone & I did not like typing on it at all. I cut my thumb nails and the predictive software still always seemed to have a mind of it's own.

Can't wait to sell it.
