Default Sync with MS Outlook?

I have a BB 7100 and I just downloaded BB Device Manager 4.2.2.10. I'm trying to sync my MS Outlook 2002 with my BB, but this doesn't seem to just happen automatically. What do I need to do?

You need Desktop Manager... Not Device Manager.

They're two different things.

OK; should I use the latest version--4.3? (My 7100 is not exactly new.)

You'll be fine with Desktop Manager 4.2 with Service Pack 1.
Smaller download and no need for the bloated features of the newer versions.
