Current balance is $440!

If anyone else cares to contribute, it would be greatly appreciated, and remember if there is extra left over, the remaining balance we be donated to a charity.

On top of this being a great thing to help out dawg, I think even after we get all the money for him, we should keep this open for a while longer and let more people contribute so we have a even bigger amount to donate to the charity. Anyone else think that's a good idea?

Hmm, he has verizon right?

I have a few Sprint blackberry's laying around, but guess that won't work.

But this would be a great idea. Imagine, BBF helping out members who lose their phone! Hahaha.

Wow, just wow.

As soon as my paypal issues are straightened out, i will be donating something.

Would you believe paypal refunded a guy when he said he didnt get a phone i sold, and then he emailed me and said he got it. (Tracking even said it was delivered, before they refunded him)

I cant forward the email to paypal, because it "can" be edited, and can't use it as proof.

then he offered me 320 for the phone, when it was originally sold for 429.

I tricked him into sending paypal an email stating that he got the phone, so that he can send me the 320, lol.

Just waiting on paypal now, to get the money back from him( They actually suggested ways to trick him into admitting he got it)

Oh well, sorry for the rant/vent.

Donation will come next week!

Sounds like when my dad and I had to walk our road last summer for somewhat of the same situation. We live out in the country and he left his phone on top of his car along with a suite of Microsoft software he'd borrowed from his work. and drove away. Then the city came out to mow the side of the road where they went with the industrial tractor-type mowers.. needless to say, all we found were two CD fragments the size of half dollars.

As far as the charity goes. I think anything to do with cancer would be my choice as my father is dieing from cancer his sister has breast cancer. So anything left please donate it that way.
Good man Dawg. This is a charity close to my heart. Ive had a few very close family members affected by cancer. I know what this is like. Good man. Like i said, i will match whatever is the amount after we get your Curve and well give it to the cancer research charity of your choice. I applaude you man!!

The question now is what kind of Blackberry does Dawg want? He loved his Pearl, but perhaps a Curve for that creamy QWERTY goodness? And there's the camera-less 8830 world phone too. Decisions, decisions.....
