Default Automatically cc on BES

We are on BES and one of our users wants to be able to automatically cc her secretary every time she sends an email from her 8310. Is this possible?

Since sent mail from the BlackBerry will reconcile into the user's Sent mail folder in their desktop email, you could probably set up a rule in the users mailbox that does this.
This way, the secretary is CC'd on both emails sent from the BlackBerry, as well as sent from their desktop email client.

I'm not aware of any BES settings that would do this automatically.

Default Many thanks.

I'll set a rule up on sent items in Outlook. Many thanks.

Nope - it doesn't work. We have a rule set up in Outlook that cc's the secretary each time an email is sent and it is only cc'ing the ones sent from Outlook, not the ones sent from the users' Blackberry device. Anyone got any more ideas on this??

Did you set up a server-side rule, or a client-side rule?
It would need to be server-side. Try creating the rule using the bosses OWA account.
If no rule can be created to accomplish this, then I'm out of ideas on this one.
Sorry.

You should share the user's Sent Items folder and give the secretary access to read it. Then they can load the folder and look occasionally for newly sent items.
