Default Data plan enabled

Please Login to Remove!

hi -

I'm a BB newb. I just got my 8310 Curve on Monday.

I don't have a dataplan (yet), but I recently saw under "manage connections" that the data services was on.

what does that mean? do i get access to the web?

if i turn it off, do i lose phone access?

i'm not sure what to do with it.

thanks.

If you don't have a plan, you're not going to get any data. You won't lose any phone/sms access by turning it off.

Wirelessly posted (8120 4.5.037)

No it just means if you had a data plan it would work.

You can ignore it. It doesn't do anything for you unless you have a data plan on your account.
