I have a bb 8100 and had a time trying to get into the owners lounge, after a bunch of email to bb support they cleared that up for me. Now that I can log in I want to add another email account, it wont let me log in to add or do anything. It says that I need to check my information again. I guess I don't get it, if I already logged in why wont it take that so I can change my email accounts! this is driving me nut's!

I don't use the "owners lounge" much. What is it you are wanting to accomplish?

mmcathron, you don't need to go the BB Owners Lounge to add/change email address to your BB, if that is what you are trying to accomplish. Do this:
