Default Contacts Sync Problem

Greetings to all,
I have just rolled out our first BBs in our small organization, using the BB Professional server software. All has gone smoothly except that I have one unit/user for which the Contacts has not sync'd. We use Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 clients. Being very new to this technology could anyone help point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this issue? I have currently used the default IT policy for all users, so no customized settings are involved at the server level. Out of 8 8830's rolled out, this is the only one that has experienced this (or any) problem so far.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
