| BB Curve 8310 (UK) issues Please Login to Remove! I have just discovered this forum and I have a few issues to run by anyone who can help!
1. My blackberry password was set when I bought the phone 8 months ago and I could enable or disable password. I have tried to disable it, however a tiny red locked padlock appears next to this option and so there is no longer an option to disable password. I have contacted my network provider and no one can help.
2. I have a 'missed call' icon, that remains on the screen. I have read threads and tried everything except the wipe clean option. I hesitant to do this because... (see point 3 below).
3. I understand that when you back up data on your PC using desktop manager that it only saves/backups some programmes and data and not all. Hence I am hesitant to do this as I don't want to run the risk of losing my calendar appointments, memo pad notes, internet favourites/bookmarks. Can anyone shed light on this? |
