Default BES / Lotus notes question

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

We have just installed BES with lotus notes, works fine, but only the last 3 days emails have come through to the Curve. Is there a way to get the entire users inbox on to the device?

Thanks

On a newly activated user/device, the most you can pre-populate is 14 days or 750 messages, whichever is greater.

Since you've already activated the device, you'd need to wipe the device... remove the user from BES... then add the user back to BES and reactivate.
