Default Email Domain Name change????

Our company recently merged with another one and our domain name changed. Once the addresses on the 2003 Exchange server changed to the new domain email quit being sent to the handhelds. First question is what configuration do I need to change on the BB server (also on the actual Exchange box, we only run a few handhelds) to make it keep delivering mail? Also will I have to reactivate the handhelds after the changes?

Second has to do with enterprise reactivation. If I do have to reactivate all the handhelds do I need to delete the account from the BB server, recreate it, resend the OTA setup email, and then reactivate the handheld? If so how do I clear the old enterprise setup off of the handheld first?

Sorry this is such a loaded first post. This forum has helped me on numerous occasions. Thanks in advance for assistance you can provide. And if this is in the wrong forum please let me know where to put it.

As for Enterprise activation, you shouldn't have to delete the account. If you look at the user properties, does it show the correct domain? If not, then delete and re-add the user, set the password and activate.

To reset the device, just perform a wipe on it.
