I gave my sister my red curve (8310) and now she doesn't have an internet browers icon, how do I get it back? I tried resetting the phone and pulling the battery for her but NOTHING. I have the media net icon but I can't switch to the internet brower. When I go to options----advanced-----browser, it only lists media net. Also, I lost the option to set up an email account (mind you I had it on this phone when I was using it yesterday). Please help (thank you).

It sounds like you don't have a BlackBerry Data Plan on the device. Do you?

Robii, simply pulling the battery and rebooting will sometimes install the service books you need from the data plan being enabled on the account..

Likewise, sometimes a carrier rep just gets it messed and doesn't put the plan on the account, double check when you feel you should.

AT&T added a pda plan not the blackberry data plan, they corrected it and now all is well. Thank you all (I don't know what I would do with you guys).
