I changed my phone due to a water damage, from a curve to another curve....the problem is that the email addresses i had set up on the original didnt follow to my other one. So i called my provider and they sent my service books, therfore i see the email addresses i had but i am not receiving email! What do i do! anbody know?
With a new provider you have to set up your email accounts again. Just changing Blackberrys and staying with the same provider would require an online "change devices" where you give them your new PIN and IMEI numbers. But with a completely new provider you have to start from scratch and set up each account again.
You can usually do it on your Blackberry with the Set Up New Email Account program. Or you could probably log into your account at the Telus Mobility website and do it from there.
