Go into the phone application and select menu, then options, then general options, then change *restrict my identity* to always...

Default Identity Restriction

If you want to restrict outgoing caller ID for an individual call, put in *67 before the number you're dialing, and the receiver will not see your ID. Alternatively, if you have restricted your ID, and you'd like to display it, then put in *82 before the number you're calling.

I use *67 sometimes, but I don't want to restrict my number all the time, with people I know.

I understand if you only want to hide it sometimes but the OP was asking how to do it for all calls I believe

Go to the phone screen click the track ball or menu key and select Options, General Options, and set Show My Number to No.

Default Blocked Calls

HI THE BEST WAY TO HIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER ONLY THE ONE TIME IS DIAL STAR 67 YOU HAVE TO DO THIS EVERYTIME YOU WANT TO HIDE IT, NOW IF YOU WANT TO HIDE IT FROM EVERYONE ALL THE TIME THEN YOU HAVE TO CALL YOUR PROVIDER AND THEY WILL DO IT. IT WILL COME UP WIRELESS CALLER. THAT IS PERMANENT UNTIL YOU CALL INTO YOUR PROVIDER TO HAVE THAT TAKEN OFF. STAR 67 IS BETTER BECAUSE WHAT YOU WILL FIND OUT THAT ALLOT OF PEOPLE DONT EXCEPT BLOCKED CALLS SO THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO HANG UP AND DIAL STAR 82 TO TAKE THE BLOCK OFF FOR THAT PARTICULAR CALL.
HOPE I HELPED
