Default voice activated dialing software?

I need to find software to enable my boss to use voice activated dialing on his new 7100g...anyone have any suggestions? I can't find that the 7100g has this function already installed, but I am VERY new to the BB world/ PDA world. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!

Currently there is no voice activated Blackberry or voice activated software for the Blackberry at the present time.

Talk to your service provider to see if they have a voice dialing service available. Frequently voice dialing is handled at the provider level rather than on the individual phone.
