My BB syncs via BES to Notes server (Lotus Notes 7.0.1), but the BB task fields do not include a "private" setting, so it doesn't appear that I can screen others in the office from viewing my personal/private tasks through a setting in Notes "Access to Schedule" settings (of course I can manually enter it as "private" in notes once I get back to the office, but that's not ideal). Any suggestions?

Sounds more like a question for your email administrator at the office, as this does not appear to be BlackBerry specific? i.e. Are you in the same boat if you add a task in your desktop client, as you are by adding one with your BB?

Actually no. If I create the task directly in Notes I can label it as private and it's screened from all viewers, which is what I'm having to do with the tasks after they have wirelessly synced (for example, when I get back to the office). But since BB tasks don't have a "private" option.......
