Default Anyway to contact RIM??

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know the number or email I can reach RIM at? I want to get my Blackberry repaired by them, and my carrier store, told me to contact RIM directly. Any ideas?

Thanks.

However, I'd just call these guys:

And your carrier's representative apparently doesn't know how RIM works. They will not speak to you without a credit card number unless you are escalated to them BY your carrier. So you must start with your carrier if you wish to get to RIM.

Edit: Unless you have a tech support contract with RIM

That's really not surprising with at&t...
