You will probably also want to call AT&T and have them add a BlackBerry Data Plan to her line so she can take advantage of the email and other data features of the device.

Guess I should be on WAP forums.. It looks like someone replied, but I can't see it.. Should she just be able to put in her sim card and it work?

Yes, thank you, she called today, and the rep asked her what kind of phone. She told him BB and he said he did what he needed to do in order for it to work. But thanks for the info, I really appreciate it
