My wife is buying a new but slightly used curve. Our service is on ATT and the person we're getting the phone from is on ATT. So all she should have to do is put her SIM card in and go...correct??

For phone calls and SMS... Correct.
You will probably also want to call AT&T and have them add a BlackBerry Data Plan to her line so she can take advantage of the email and other data features of the device.

Your Centro data plan will not work.

Yes, thank you, she called today, and the rep asked her what kind of phone. She told him BB and he said he did what he needed to do in order for it to work. But thanks for the info, I really appreciate it
