When I delete an email on my BB, it won't delete on my Outlook, and vice versa. It is annoying to delete something one place and have to delete the same message a second time. I can send and receive email just fine.

I have a Verizon 8330, with Outlook 2003 on my PC and running BIS and DM 4.3.0.17.

My Email Reconciliation is set to "Mailbox & Handheld" and Wireless Reconcile is set to "On". I have selected "Reconcile Now", which hasn't seemed to do anything either when tethered or not tethered.

On my BIS page, I checked the box marked "Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device"

On my DM, under the tab marked Synchronize, the checkbox marked "Reconcile messages" is grayed out.

Any suggestions?

If you're on the BIS, your BlackBerry will not reconcile wirelessly with your Outlook email.

The reconciling features will work with your ISP's mail server, but once you download the messages to Outlook, there is no longer any syncing.

Unfortunately, no.

The trick is to reconcile with your mail server from your BB before the message even makes it to your Outlook.

I have a draft blog post that addresses this, but I am finishing the BES stuff first. I'll let you know when I post. It will give you a few optional strategies (hopefully).

Wouldn't hurt to bump/search around the BBF to see if there are any threads that help you out.
