Frequent "Transaction error - bad format" errors
 

Hello all.
Where I work we are testing the Blackberry solution.
We use Blackberry Professional 4.1.4.2 on an Exchange2003 server, currently with one only bb user.
This user has frequently errors "Transaction error - bad format", as explained in this thread http://www.blackberryforums.com/bes-...ad-format.html
Generally he gets these errors while trying to download an attachment (also if I have tried a lot of times to download attachments using his blackberry without problems).
When this error happens, I try the solution from the linked thread and this solve the problem.
But I'd like to understand what can I do to have this problem much less frequently (currently it happens one time each 1-2 days).
Could someone help me? Thank you.
