hi im going traveling in a couple weeks.and was thinking bout getting a blackberry as i could pick my emails up and search the web as i need to(i hope)
is there any way i could sync it,or connect through my aol account?
sorry if this is a bit stupid sounding.

Yes, you can do so. You will need to purchase an unlocked device, and an international voice and data plan from your carrier, such as Tmobile.

thanks sorry i didnt introduce myself before.im dean incase u didnt guess lol.
ok sorry to sound a little bit stupid but how will i connect through my home network?
the phone im looking at(on ebay)has the it policy removed does this matter atall-or is it what i need removed?

If your carrier is TMo here in the US, you will need to purchase their International calling plan and International BlackBerry Data Plan.

There are other options as well (using a local SIM from the country you are in, getting a data plan there, etc.), but honestly, none of those options will easy nor cheap.

You really can't "remove" an IT Policy, you can replace it with a blank one. Be very careful buying a used BB off eBay for a trip coming up shortly.

im traveling hong kong(for 4night) austrailia(however u spell it)and south east asia
im just looking at 02 and vodafone uk deals they seem pretty good
what blackberry would u recommmend getting if i was to get one?
