black berry curve screen has gone black (red lights still flickr)
 

i was just texting a text and then the screen all of a sudden went black. the lights at the corner of the phone still light up red first 1 red light then 3 quick ones. whats going on? i just got this tmobile black berry curve yesterday. i have tried to remove the battery but nothing happens it stays black with the lights lighting up. help me please.

could be the battery isnt charged enough. if you plug it in to the charger, does it then boot up?

i went to the tmobile store and got a new one. could it be it be the case i am using? it has a little magnet on the back to attract the little locking strap. maybe the little strap was causing some type of interference.

That magnet will lock your BB when you put it inside the holster.

it isnt the case that came with the phone it is a 3rd party case i believe. but i do know what you are talking about. maybe this magnet does the same
