Is there a way to get rid of the signature that says "sent from my blackberry device" when I send an email from it? I don't always want people knowing I am not at my desk when I send emails.

It is not allowing me to delete the "Sent From my Verizon Blackberry" Its not giving me the option to modify it, any solutions??

have you tried the following? From Inbox > Options >Email Settings > Use Auto Signature ?
you can set that to "NO" and save changes.

I have done this from my 7520 as well as my 7100i so i figure it to be the same for other models too.
