Default BES Exchange email and address book help

Please Login to Remove!

I am new to the whole BES admin world. I have the BES up and running and about 15 endusers activated and working wonderfully. I have one user that is not getting email or address book sync, it will sync his calendar.

I have removed him from the BES and wiped the BB 3 time now and still no go.

I have checked his account permissions for the BES admin account and it has send as permissions. I even compared his to mine and they look the same.

Any Ideas? Any kind of log I can check?

Thanks in advance

Mike

Welcome to the forums. I do not know the answer to your question, but I would strongly encourage you to search the comments in the BES Admin section of this forum. I was able to get some calendar sync problems sorted out there without even posting an inquiry.
