hey all, i'm new to this so if i ask something stupid don't laugh. Heres the deal i'm on vacation and unable to take my blackberry in to have it repaired. when I turn on the phone, everything turns on as normal. However, the keys and the roller are both unresponsive. When I plug it into my computer, the computer recognizes the phone and I can see that the phone is still recieving texts and emails. What can I do to fix my phone?
Also, at times I am able to roll the ball and have that work but I am still unable to use the keys or select anything.

have you tried a battery pull?

And has it gotten any moisture damage?

I have tried the battery pull and there has been no water damage. I do have an update though, if i remove the battery for at least 30 minutes, it will turn on for a few seconds, allow me to do a few things then freeze up and turn off.

Are the keys not working at all in that circumstance?

If you compose an email, do the keys work at all?
